About Us

Bay Area Ice Dancers is a collection of ice dancers from the San Francisco Bay Area.

We meet weekly at Logitech Ice at San Jose for social ice dance on Sundays from 9:15 am to 11:15 am. The session cost is $15. Map Please come join us! Ice dancers of all abilities* are welcome -- we play music for all compulsory dances from the Dutch Waltz to the Golden Waltz.

Logitech Ice, located at 1500 S. 10th St., (408) 279-6000, is a beautiful, well maintained facility with three (soon to be four) regulation NHL size (200' by 85') sheets of ice.

*Beginning ice dancing requires the ability to do progressives/crossovers and swing rolls. Some backwards skating and ability to do simple turns such as a 3 turn or mohawk is also desireable.
